-16- White benches at the Mountain View Arbor                   - Use of entire estate for Bridal pictures

- Friday night use of 4 suites up to 10 people (check in 3:00 PM Friday)

- Friday Evening use of “The Big Red Barn” for rehearsal dinner, up to ---10 p.m. buffet style or sit down meal

- Saturday night use of Honeymoon suite ONLY departing by 11a.m.Sunday Morning

- Breakfast is included Sunday morning for bride and groom

- We do all removal of trash after event                 - We will have 2 parking attendants

- We will have the golf cart for pick up and return to parking area for your guests

- Port-a-john for outside use on Saturday             - Use of Kitchen for your caterer

- We recommend you hire a wedding planner

- We do recommend to have a caterer with insurance / ABC license ( catering is completely the responsibility of the Bridal party)

Our Wedding Packages

Our enchanted manor promises to take your breath away as the perfect wedding destination. 

Having exclusive use of our estate for your special occasion while sharing it with closest friends and family will ensure you create memories lasting a lifetime. Our brides have the option of choosing any of our wedding packages ~ 

or with our help, customizing their own completely unique experience. 

We will take your dreams of a "fairy tale wedding" and make them a reality at the manor, meadows and grounds of 

Katherine Grace Manor.

Of course we offer the Manor and Grounds on an hourly basis for events you would prefer to organize yourself!

In each of our packages, the use of the entire estate is included for the duration of your stay.

~ we do not supply food or cocktails for your rehearsal, wedding event or reception 

(we will provide breakfast for your 12 manor guests each morning)

~we do not supply catering services, linens, floral , entertainment or decor... although we will gladly share our list of preferred vendors and help with coordinating your event.
